Per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly one in three children in America are overweight or obese and that two-thirds of adults fall into these categories.  We've heard that one third of all children born in 2000 or later will suffer from diabetes at some point in their lives and many others will face chronic obesity-related health problems like heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, and asthma, if we don’t solve this problem.

Just like diets are not one size fits all, neither are fitness plans and there is no substitute for sensible movement and fitness. Sensible, meaning that we all have unique exercise goals and interests that may also change over time.
