It's not possible to control exactly what goes into our bodies when we are not choosing the foods or cooking our meals ourselves.  We understand that many people don't like to cook, don't know how to cook or just don't have the time.    

Empowered Wellness Coaches don't expect to teach people to love to cook if they don't already. Our approach is to understand how our clients fit cooking into their unique lives, discuss goals and challenges, then teach ways to achieve more balance and diversity in meal planning and preparation.  Some of our clients may cook all of their meals while others may very rarely prepare their own meals.  In either case or in between, we understand that most people want to enjoy delicious meals without recording calories in a journal or eating the same recipes over and over again.  

Through the program, our coaches will empower you to "think like a chef" regardless of skill level, interest in cooking, or time available for cooking.  We believe that this mindset is the ideal way to sustain a delicious and nourishing diet for ourselves and for our families.
