Food has become way too complicated these days.

First fat was the problem, then the low-fat movement coincided with a huge spike in processed foods, so now people are told to avoid non-fat and low-fat foods.  One diet says to eat complex carbohydrates and another says to avoid them.  How can we rely on the experts to recommend which foods to buy when they can't agree on much? Government lobbyists and clever marketers for the big food companies certainly aren't helping.    

Empowered Wellness Coaches educate our clients on which foods are healthiest for their own unique needs or the needs of their families. This nutritional foundation, positions our clients to make better choices when grocery shopping for meals, stocking the pantry, or even eating out.
