Empowered Wellness Coaches come from varying backgrounds and have diverse levels of experience, education and subject matter expertise.  The following describes the founder:

Certified Health Coach:  The Institute for Integrative Nutrition® is the largest nutrition school in the world. The school offers the world’s leading Health Coach Training Program and teaches over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and cutting-edge coaching methods.

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer®:  Using a variety of teaching techniques, the American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer® is proficient in leading and demonstrating safe and effective methods of exercise by applying the fundamental principles of exercise science.  The CPT is proficient in writing appropriate exercise recommendations, leading and demonstrating safe and effective methods of exercise, and motivating individuals to begin and to continue with their healthy behaviors.
Culinary Training:  L’Academie de Cuisine has been around for over 30 years and is considered one of the top 10 professional Culinary Schools in the US and Canada.  Students receive the most uncompromising culinary training, in which practical skills become second nature.  

L’Academie believes that a student must be well rounded in both the theory and techniques of cooking before applying individual interpretation to develop his or her own creative style.
