About our company:
Empowered Wellness was founded out of a passion for improving wellness in our community and we've grown rapidly due to repeatable success with a wide variety of clients. We started by delivering custom programs for families who were either frustrated with the roller coaster of implementing lifestyle changes or struggling to adjust to their evolving conditions, including dealing with a growing family, new health issues, or food allergies. Clients quickly realized that our approach was different and built for sustainable success.
Leveraging our unique core competencies with culinary skills, goal-oriented coaching, and integrated nutrition, Empowered Wellness has been able to build an entire suite of customizable solutions for people of all cultures and socioeconomic situations. Unlike traditional nutrition or dietetics programs, we first inspire our program participants, then provide a combination of simple nourishment guidance and the practical kitchen skills to apply it to their existing environment. Our small changes add up to big improvement ideology positions our clients to continue to build upon their platform over time, so they are empowered to make the necessary adjustments as their situation changes and evolves.
In 2014, we launched a subsidiary product company, Wristlists™ to position more successful outcomes for kids, adults and seniors from all walks-of-life, who benefit from having their unique priorities in sight and in mind. Although our customizable wrist wear is valuable for a variety of applications, it has proven to be especially invaluable for those who struggle with attention or want to accelerate brain based executive function development programs, which is our deeper mission.
